If you experience an issue such as a defective product, damage during transit, or receiving the incorrect item, please contact us at precuts24@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include a clear photo and a brief description of the issue so our team can assess it accordingly. Once reviewed, we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund, where applicable. Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. All orders are processed and dispatched quickly, and many are shipped internationally, making returns extremely costly or impossible once dispatched. For withdrawal requests within EU and the timeframe, the direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As we are based in Australia, international return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
