All Pre Cuts Recovery products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against any manufacturing defects or faults.
What’s Covered
-Electrical and mechanical failures (e.g., pumps, motors, heating functions).
-Manufacturing defects in materials or stitching.
-Products that arrive “Dead on Arrival” (not functioning out of the box).
What’s Not Covered
-Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
-Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., water damage, over-inflation, dropping the device).
-Cosmetic issues (scratches, marks, or discoloration that don’t affect performance).
How to Make a Claim
- Contact our support team at precuts24@gmail.com with your order number.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim within 3 business days.
- If approved, we’ll arrange either:
Replacement parts (where applicable), or
A full product replacement.
Please note: in most cases, you will not be required to return the product, but if needed, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
