Include a clear photo and a brief description of the issue so our team can assess it accordingly.

Once reviewed, we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund, where applicable.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. All orders are processed and dispatched quickly, and many are shipped internationally, making returns extremely costly or impossible once dispatched.

For ages 7-13 we'd recommend our kids size Pre Cuts, which fit (US 4-6 /EU 35–37.5) 

For ages 14+ we'd recommend our adults size, which fits (US 7-10.5 /EU 38-45)

However, if you prefer wearing your socks in a certain style, for example, low sock, we'd recommend the kids size to ensure a snug fit.

Whereas, high sock, we'd recommend the adults size in most case to ensure the sock stays securely over the knee.
