Give your Pre-Cuts and Grip Socks a gentle machine wash in cold water with similar colours and a mild detergent. Please avoid bleach and fabric softener, as these can affect the fabric and grips.

To keep your socks in the best condition for as long as possible, do not tumble dry. Instead, air dry flat or hang dry.

At Pre Cuts, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience an issue such as a defective product, damage during transit, or receiving the incorrect item, please contact us at precuts24@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include a clear photo and a brief description of the issue so our team can assess it accordingly.

Once reviewed, we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund, where applicable.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. All orders are processed and dispatched quickly, and many are shipped internationally, making returns extremely costly or impossible once dispatched.

For withdrawal requests within EU and the timeframe, the direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As we are based in Australia, international return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No refund will be issued until the item has been received and inspected.

• Items must be suitable for resale — if items show signs of use or wear, the refund may be declined
• A tracked shipping service must be used — we cannot process refunds for returns that cannot be verified in transit
